Gobs (1/2 recipe)

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup crisco
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup sour milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup hot water

Directions:

  1. Cream crisco and sugar and add egg.
  2. Mix dry ingredients separately.
  3. Combine and add water and vanilla

Makes:  servings

Bake:  @350-375degrees till done
